It's a surreal feeling - officially starting my dissertation journey! As an executive coach, I'm passionate about helping others establish positive habits and achieve their goals. It's incredibly rewarding to witness their transformations.
However, there's a twist! It's often easier to guide others than to follow our own advice. The dissertation process is a marathon, not a sprint, and requires immense discipline, focus, and resilience. It's a test of my own coaching principles!
Wish me luck as I navigate this new chapter. Any tips from fellow academics and coaches on balancing research with the demands of life are greatly appreciated!
